- Event coordination is required and we are exclusively partnered with Southern Grace Events. A reservation with Southern Grace Events must be completed in order to finalize your booking with Chandler Oaks.
- Events hosting over 100 guests OR that are serving alcohol will require an off-duty deputy.
- Day-of Event Insurance is required. Chandler Oaks is a tobacco-free facility, fees will apply. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is due prior to your event.
